At DaviLot, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering the same level of service we would expect ourselves. However, it’s essential to have clear rules that you, as our customer, can refer to when needed.

Warranty for Private Purchases

The legal warranty period of 2 years applies to all private purchases.

Warranty for Business Purchases

For business purchases, a warranty period of 1 year applies.

Warranty Claims

If your product malfunctions within the specified warranty period and does not function according to its specifications, you can make a warranty claim. Depending on the nature of the issue, DaviLot will work with you to resolve the problem quickly. To process the claim, we will need the invoice number associated with the product purchase. In some cases, we may also ask for the product's serial number to confirm the delivery date.

Important: Warranty claims can only be processed if the product has been used as described in the manual. The warranty is valid only for the first user/owner and becomes void upon resale.

Out of Warranty

If the product supplied by us becomes defective after the warranty period, we can offer repair services. We keep all necessary parts in stock. If you live farther away, you can opt to repair the product yourself. The E-PowerBarrow is easy to repair with our support—if you can build an Ikea cabinet, you can certainly repair the E-PowerBarrow using our manuals. Please ensure you protect your hands when handling sharp edges.

Workshop Rate

Our workshop rate is € 64.00 excl. VAT per hour.

Call-out Charges

Call-out costs are €0.34 excl. VAT per kilometer.

Components

In consultation, we can supply many parts. Sometimes, replacing a part with a used one may be more advantageous. If we discuss this option, we will work together to determine the best solution.
