Refurbished printboard for E-PowerBarrow throttle unit

We are expecting complete new throttles around february 2025. These refurbished printboards can be used to replace broken throttles. All the printboards have been tested.

Replacing a printboard

If you put the wheelbarrow on it's nose you can remove the cap on the bottom of the throttle unit with 4 screws. Carefully remove the plug. Put the wheelbarrow back on it's normal position and remove the throttle from the frame with two screws. Make sure to work on a clean surface not to loose any small parts. With a needle the black dot on the yellow throttle cap can be removed. Below is a little screw that can be removed. Take the throttle cap away and turn the throttle upside-down. Now remove the screws from the old printboard and carefully take the board out the casing. Replace the refurbished board.

Protecting the throttle unit.

The throttle unit can be protected with a plastic bag against moisture
