Programmable Quinder 48V Brushless BLDC Controller
This BLDC controller offers extensive control options for the 48V 550W Quinder brushless hub motor.
Versions
This controller can be delivered in 2 different versions
10301059 Programmable 2023/2024 brushless DC Controller
10301063 Limited Programmable 2025 closed-loop DC Controller with HIGO connectors
10301059 Programmable 2023/2024 brushless DC Controller
This 48Volt brushless DC Controller can be used with the Quinder 48V HUB motor. The controllers offers several programming possebilities. The controller can be plug-and-play connected to Display throttle or POT-meter throttle, FWD/REV, the HUB motor and a speaker for warning signals.
10301063 Limited Programmable 2025 closed-loop DC Controller with HIGO connectors
This 48Volt brushless controller can also be used with the 48V Quinder HUB motor. The controller has 3 Higo connectors; 1 for the 48V HUB motor, 1 for the DX124 throttle with Higo and 1 for the fwd/rev with Higo. The only programming possebility is to activate or de-activate the e-brake. The controller has 1 connection for the speaker and 1 for switching tyhe driving mode of the wheel. depending on connected or disconnected. The closed-loop controller has three speeds preprogrammed when used with the DX124 display throttle, Eco; 0-2kmh, Mid 0-4kmh, High 0-6kmh. These speeds are set for LvS spraying applications

The Interface for 10301059
To program the motor, two software packages are required: 1. Rewrite and 2. ProClient. Both packages we can send on request.
In the Rewrite software, the default configuration can be loaded and adjusted as desired. Once the adjustments are complete, the new configuration file can be saved to the local PC.
With ProClient, the new configuration file (.bin) can be uploaded to the controller.
